Built on a Legacy of Growth Investing

Taylor Frigon Capital Management, LLC was founded in 2006 by Gerry Frigon following more than 20 years at Merrill Lynch. The firm's name honors Richard C. Taylor — Gerry's father-in-law and mentor — who passed away in 2004.

Richard C. Taylor managed portfolios alongside Thomas Rowe Price Jr. in the 1960s and 1970s, then established his own firm in 1988 in Santa Barbara. His growth investment philosophy — the cornerstone of TFCM's strategy today — has been refined over more than six decades.

TFCM offers active investment management strategies, mutual funds, and venture capital for select clientele. The firm is a registered investment advisor with the SEC.

Gerry Frigon

Gerry Frigon is President and Chief Investment Officer of Taylor Frigon Capital Management, which he founded in 2006 following more than 20 years at Merrill Lynch. He also serves as Managing Member of Taylor Frigon Capital Advisors and as General Partner of Taylor Frigon Capital Partners LP, a private investment fund.

Gerry's investment philosophy reflects a disciplined process derived from the classic growth investment philosophy developed by T. Rowe Price and Richard C. Taylor — his father-in-law and mentor who managed portfolios alongside Thomas Rowe Price Jr. in the 1960s and 1970s.

Gerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1985.
