Important Disclosures

Investment Risk

Past performance does not guarantee future results. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted.

There can be no assurance that the Fund will be successful in meeting its investment objectives.

Growth Stock Risk

Growth stocks are generally more volatile than value stocks. Growth companies may not sustain their earnings growth, and the stocks of such companies may decline significantly in price. The price of a growth stock may be more sensitive to changes in current or expected earnings.

Small and Mid-Cap Company Risk

The Fund invests in small and mid-cap companies, which involve limited liquidity and greater volatility. These companies may have less stable earnings histories, a smaller share of the market for their products or services, less diversified product lines, and be subject to more abrupt or erratic market movements than larger companies.

Holdings Disclosure

Fund holdings are subject to change and are not recommendations to buy or sell any security.
