Taylor Frigon Core Growth Fund
The Taylor Frigon Core Growth Fund invests in outstanding companies with excellent growth prospects, employing both qualitative and quantitative research to identify businesses positioned for sustained expansion.
How We Invest
Investment Process & Stock Selection
We identify macroeconomic paradigm shifts, concentrate in sectors where innovation drives growth, then apply a rigorous bottom-up process to select 30–50 high-conviction companies.
Macro & Sector Identification
We begin with structural shifts in the global economy — then focus on sectors most likely to produce the next generation of growth leaders: technology, industrials, healthcare, consumer, and financials.
Quantitative Screening
Proprietary screens evaluate historical and forward revenue and earnings growth, return on equity and assets, and valuation relative to growth prospects. Candidates must outperform industry benchmarks on the metrics that matter most.
Fundamental & Qualitative Research
Each candidate is assessed on financial health, valuation versus intrinsic value, management quality, competitive position, insider transactions, and total addressable market. We go beyond the numbers — interviewing suppliers and customers and reviewing strategic initiatives.
Portfolio Construction
We build a concentrated portfolio of 30–50 companies. Position sizes reflect conviction and risk-adjusted return potential. May include foreign securities and ADRs.
Disciplined Exit
Positions are reduced when a security approaches intrinsic value, when the macro environment shifts materially, or when the original investment thesis is invalidated. Every holding must remain a business we want to own.
